Our main goal is to provide you with a quality, stress-free shopping experience! To ensure this, we fully insure all our shipments and require signature confirmation upon receipt. All of our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in the USA.

- For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes
Returns Policy
Refunds must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the package. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@vintageloftusa.com for assistance. For returns, please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will be sure to respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
Details of the return policy are outlined below:
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 72 hours of receiving the item
- The original sales invoice must be included in the package
- Item must be sent back in the same condition it was shipped. Damaged/altered merchandise will not be accepted
- Refund will consist of the original purchase price
- International refunds: Refunds/returns do not cover taxes paid, customs/import duties, or brokerage fees
